Harter Media was born from Backslash Technologies as a way to separate the retail and computer services that Backslash has traditionally done from the web development and DVD production owner Kevin Harter has begun to branch into.

We specialize in affordable web designs for local small businesses that don’t want to become experts in web development. Our sites are attractive, easy to maintain, and incorporate social media for promotion and community involvement.
